Friday

Airport Pickup with transport to Weldborough. Transfers to accomodation in Launceston prior to Friday can be arranged, with pickup on friday being an option as we head to Weldborough.

For those wishing to self cater there can be a stop at a supermarket on the way. Gas camp stove, cooking equipment and utensils etc will be available for use. Otherwise use the booking system for meals at the Weldborough hotel for the hassle free option.

Saturday

Transport back to Derby for start. Return to Weldborough after first day’s ride. Mechanical support and cleaning facilities available at the campsite.

Sunday

All racing starts and finishes at Weldborough, after presentations there will be transport back to Launceston which can include a drop off at the airport if there are late flights available. For those staying in Launceston Sunday night the Arthouse Hostel is a good central option.

Monday

Airport drop off.

Cost $250 per person including all camping gear, $200 per person if accommodation has been booked at the Weldborough Pub or you have your own camping gear.
